Guest with dogs must occupy a place inside the area reserved for guests with animals. Owners are required to take their dogs out of Europa Camping Village to do their business, and must prevent their dogs fouling inside the village. Plastic bags for the collection of stools are provided at various points around the Camping Village.
Guests must declare all animals on arrival and must produce documentation to prove that they are up to date with vaccinations and animal health requirements. For obvious health and safety reasons, animals may only be bathed and washed at the animal showers near the Camper Service. It is forbidden by law to take animals on to the beach, except to the area reserved for them. Dogs must be kept on a lead day and night. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.
9. BUNGALOWS – CHALETS – MAXI CARAVANS – APARTMENTS – BOOKABLE CAMPING PLACES
Minimum stay 7 nights. Pets are not allowed (except in the Willerby Roy Maxi Caravans).
Accommodation units are only rented for whole weeks. Guests may arrive and depart on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. The maximum number of persons (adults and children) permitted in each accommodation unit corresponds to the number of beds available.
Accommodation units are equipped with cookware, tableware, blankets, pillows, TV and air conditioning/heating. Dishwashers are installed in the Bungalows, Eco Life Houses and Eco Life Units. Bed linen is provided for all accommodation units with the exception of the Willerby and Willerby Roy Maxi Caravans (bed linen can be hired if needed). Towels are also provided in the Eco Life Houses and Eco Life Units. Guest are not allowed to use their own stoves or cooking equipment.
Departing guests must leave their accommodation unit perfectly clean. Failure to do so will lead to the application of a cleaning fee of 40.00 Euros. The personnel of Europa Camping Village personnel will inspect the accommodation unit between the hours of 7:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure to verify cleanliness.
Accommodation units become available to guests only after 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 on the day of departure.
Bookable camping places become available to guests only after 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure. Guests must pay for the entire booked period even in the event of late arrivals and early departures.
If accommodation units or camping places are not occupied by 15:00 on the day after that booked for arrival, Europa Camping Village reserves the right to re-assign them. Guests are nevertheless requested to notify Europa Camping Village, preferably in writing, of any delay or late arrival.
All equipment and accessories are listed in the inventory displayed in each accommodation unit. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or use.
Guests cancelling bookings shall have a right to a refund of 80% of their deposit provided they inform Europa Camping Village (by letter, fax or e-mail) at least 30 days before the due arrival date. The remaining 20% shall be retained as a cancellation penalty. No refund is due to guests cancelling less than 29 days before the due arrival date or failing to arrive.
10. DAY VISITORS
Day visitors are only admitted at the discretion of management and on payment of a fee. Authorised visitors may enter Europa Camping Village from 8:00 in the morning and may stay only until 20:00 in the evening.
Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors inside Europa Camping Village.
11. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
A doctor is present every day at Europa Camping Village during the mid and high season, and will receive guests during the hours displayed at the surgery. The doctor treats patients on a private basis, guests will therefore have to pay for his services. Any confirmed or suspected cases of infectious disease must be notified to the doctor and to the management of Europa Camping Village. The nearest pharmacies (chemists) are located in Cavallino, Ca’Ballarin and Ca’Savio.
12. CASHIER’S OFFICE – STRONG BOXES
The Cashier’s Office is open from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19.00.
All campsite passes must be returned at the time of payment. Strong boxes are available for hire during the hours of opening.
To avoid possible delays on the day of departure, guests are advised to settle their bill the day before departure. Payment may be made in cash (only for totals below €999.99), by cheque or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Pagobancomat).
Important note! Credit card payments cannot be made later than Friday morning.
13. COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS
Documents may be collected at the time of departure against presentation of an official receipt and on return of all Europa Camping Village passes along with any ID bracelets received on arrival.
Management reserves the right to expel any guests judged to have contravened these rules or to have disturbed the piece and harmonious atmosphere of Europa Camping Village or to have inconvenienced the guest community. Guests who have been expelled or who have received warnings may only return to Europa Camping Village against specific authorisation from management.
